The London Maritime Arbitrators Association (LMAA) represents the world’s leading group of maritime arbitrators. It has over 800 full and supporting members who handle nearly 1,700 cases resulting in over 500 awards annually.
LMAA arbitrators have an unrivalled depth of specialised expertise in law, naval architecture, marine engineering and shipbroking serving the world’s shipping, offshore and commodities businesses. The Association promotes practical procedures for resolution of disputes by arbitration and has a voice in major international rule making bodies.
