International commercial law firm Hill Dickinson is pleased to announce that Julian Clark will be joining the firm as global head of shipping.
Julian, who joins in January, is a founding partner of Campbell Johnston Clark (CJC) and specialises in both wet and dry shipping. Prior to founding CJC, Julian spent seven years as a partner at Holman Fenwick Willan LLP. He will be based in Hill Dickinson’s City of London office but will travel between the firm’s international offices in Piraeus, Monaco, Hong Kong and Singapore.
Maria Pittordis who leads the marine, trade and energy division at Hill Dickinson said: “Julian is a first class lawyer with proven ability to grow a business in the marine market where he is highly respected. Julian, who is praised in the industry as ‘knowledgeable and commercial’, is consistently ranked in Who’s Who Legal, Chambers and Partners and Super Lawyers where his knowledge of P&I, FDD and Trade Disruption Insurance is regarded as, ‘second to none’.
