Film footage from key events during the hugely successful LISW17 is now on the website

The 10-minute film starts with the spectacular opening of the London Stock Exchange on Monday morning (September 11th) and captures both the ISSS and LISW17 conferences, and many of the other 160 events held throughout the week.
The event has been hailed a huge success with Dick Welsh, Director of the Isle of Man Registry, quoted on the LISW17 website as saying that the industry week had come of age as the ‘must attend’ global maritime event.
“This third year had a real buzz about it and it is clear that it is now part of the global shipping calendar.
“I enjoyed the week immensely and was able to catch up with clients and contacts from all over the industry at the many events I attended. Hosting our own event on the walkways above Tower Bridge was a real highlight and demonstrates that London lends itself so well to a week like this,” he said.
LISW17’s flagship conference was followed by a gala dinner attended by 1,000 people globally from across the industry.
